DPF Coaching provides personal development, men’s formation programmes, group work, and 1:1 coaching.

Our services:

  • Are not crisis or trauma treatment

You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing while engaging in this work.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing or participating in any programme, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are mentally and emotionally capable of engaging in reflective and personal responsibility-based work

  • You understand this work requires honesty, accountability, and self-regulation

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation where we believe a programme is not appropriate for an individual.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated

  • Payments must be made in full or via agreed subscription plans before access is granted

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, without affecting existing members or confirmed purchases

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Subscriptions (The Threshold)

For rolling subscriptions:

  • Payments are recurring until cancelled

  • You may cancel at any time via your account or by contacting support

  • Cancellation stops future payments but does not provide refunds for the current billing period

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital content, group work, and coaching:

  • All sales are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • Missed calls or sessions are not refunded

  • Programme access remains available for the duration stated at purchase

Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

7. Participation & Conduct

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of other participants

  • Engage respectfully and responsibly

  • Not disrupt group spaces or misuse community platforms

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the integrity or safety of the work β€” without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through DPF Coaching β€” including videos, written materials, practices, recordings, and frameworks β€” remains the intellectual property of DPF Coaching.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, share, or resell materials

  • Record sessions without permission

  • Use content for commercial purposes without written consent

9. Results Disclaimer

Results vary from individual to individual.

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, transformations, financial results, or personal change. Your results depend on your commitment, responsibility, and engagement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • DPF Coaching is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation

  • You participate entirely at your own risk

  • We are not responsible for decisions you make as a result of the work
